The Flat Head Motorcycle race Tshirt Black

Special sewing that makes it difficult to stretch the neck "remoning one of the three needles"

The sewing technique around the neck, which can be said to be the biggest feature of flat-head T-shirts.

Inspired by the sewing of real vintage T-shirts, "1 of the 3 Needles® Sewing", which has been independently improved, uses the 20th thickest cotton thread on the neck, which is easy to stretch.

In addition, by sewing up with a total of 3 stitches of 2 on the ribs and 1 on the body, we realized a T-shirt that makes it difficult to stretch the neck using sewing technology and the nature of cotton.

Even after wearing it for many years, it is difficult to stretch around the neck, and you can enjoy your favorite design for many years to come.

A rare round knitting machine that exists in Japan

The fabric is knitted using something called a round-body knitting machine from the 1960s.

At that time, knitting machines were of stable quality, but they became rare, and there were very few craftsmen who could maintain them.

The THC series is the 14th thickest yarn fabric. To knit with this thick thread, a sturdy needle is required, and a strong body is finished using a special needle ordered from Germany.
